  • How do I create a new account?

    Account creation on FreshFishBD.Com is very simple and completely free! You can click on the top left ‘Register’ menu to go to the Registration page and fill out the required fields.

  • How can I update my account information?

    To update your registered account information at any time, simply logged in to your account with your e-mail and password then go to "Account >> My Account" from top left menu and change account detail.

  • How do I change my account details?

    To change account detail, user must have to login first then go to "Account >> My Account" and change your account details as per your desire. Please note that the email address for your account cannot be changed after your account has been activated.

  • If I forget my password, how can I recover it?

    If you've forgotten your password, click on “Forgotten Password” in the login page and provide your email address that you used when you created your account. After submit the form system will send an email with new password.

  • How do I change my password?

    If you would like to set a new password, logged in your account and go to "Account >> My Account" from top left menu. Then click on “Change your password” menu and follow the instructions to change your password successfully.

  • How much do you take delivery cost?

    We offer FREE Delivery on orders above 999 BDT in the Dhaka Metropolitan City Area. If the order amount is less than 1,000 BDT, we take 100 BDT as delivery Charge.

  • What are your delivery days and hours?

    We deliver every Tuesday and Friday from 9:00am to 8:00pm. You can choose your preferred delivery time slot.

  • Is there somewhere I can go to view the fish before purchasing?

    Yes, we have a physical warehouse (House-7, Road-2/C, Block-J, Baridhara, Dhaka). You are most welcome to check our fishes before purchasing.

  • Can I order by phone or email?

    Yes, we accept orders over the phone and by email. Besides you can place order directly online. To direct order, please call our call center at +8801622888555/666 or email us at support@freshfishbd.com

  • If I order something today, when will I receive it?

    Usually we collect fishes two days (Tuesday & Friday) in a week and delivery the ordered fish by those two days. We take order before two business days to delivery chilled fresh fish.

  • How FreshFishBD ensure the quality?

    FreshFishBD.com procures the fishes directly from fisherman and some from our hatchery while ensuring highest quality, freshness and 100% chemical free. We have own freezer transportation system to ship our fishes.
